So ummmm..i got these nerve stuff on back of my penis head..its like some sort of little spike or something...what the hell is it? it burns a little bit when i rub on them while im erected.

Its nothing serious...i was born with it..its the exact color with my penis -.- its not STD/Herpes...i got it before i have sex long time agoo.

A badly done circumcision? You should ask a doctor who is able to examine you.
