More than likely the shape of your Glans is that it is larger around near the Corona Rim than it is up front. When engorged with blood it swells even more and more than the opening of the foreskin can comfortably accommodate. This is why I suggested you work on expanding it by doing the exercise. I find that fingering the head works better the more aroused I am and when my fingers are moist. When about to roll the condom on she/you can rub the Frenulum and/or the top surface with a moist thumb and/or finger(s). Whatever feels good. If the nerves in the Glans are way too sensitive to touch then don't. Try pulling the foreskin back a ways, don't try to stick your finger(s) inside under the foreskin. Now, that said, you may find that if the glans is lubricated that you can fully retract it; although if it is too tight, you may find that you cannot bring it forward until you are flaccid. See what works. I think you'll find it better over all to stretch the opening both for ease of retraction and for cleaning.
