Headaches!

Hi Im 18 and use this site for alot of help but lately for about a week now every time I orgasm I get this really bad headache right before I hit my climax.

What is is, when will it go away and do i need to see a doctor?

Just before a male orgasm there is an increase in blood flow to the penis. That is the time when the head swells and turns purple and becomes more sensitive. It is likely that this surge of blood is taking blood away from your brain. This could be as simple as you are dehydrated (drink more water) or as serious as heart weakness. Try drinking more water an hour or so before and if the headaches continue, see your doctor.

I had that problem once, we'd been out drinking one night and the next morning woke up in an amorous mood. It was going just fine until I orgasmed, then I had the worst headache. It went away but I was drinking so much water and popping Advil for the hangover that I can't tell you how or why. My vote is dehydration.

I don't get headaches, but I do get really light headed afterwards. Like Brandye said, its the blood rushing from your brain. Nothing to worry about.
