Smile what determine flacid penis size?

Just a general question, but what does?
I know temperature does, but does anything else?
My size goes up and down in same temperature/environments etc. But was just curious!? :P

It's also how you are aroused and what you are thinking or watching can make your penis go up and down quick.

dlb has a spectacular aura about
As you have noticed the length and girth of your penis can vary in a flaccid state depending on environmental factors. Some men are larger when flaccid than others. Men who have a very long erect penis (more than 19 cm for example) will usually have a larger flaccid penis. Men who have a very short erect penis ( less than 13 cm, let's say) will usually have a short flaccid penis. On the other hand there are some men who have a 15 cm soft off and only gain a cm or so with a hard on.
If you are concerned about how you look in the locker room I suggest you accept your flaccid penis and work on your abs.
