Waaaay too sweaty during sex

I sweat like mad during sex. Not a few beads on the brow from a "good effort" I mean pouring out sweat like I ran a marathon. I feel fine, but I'm dripping all over her, not cool. I often need to have a quick shower before snuggling up after sex. If I have the A/C blowing and a fan on it's not so bad, but she'll shiver....
I'm not grossly out of shape or overweight. I don't sweat like this during "normal" activity.
This totally sucks, any ideas out there?

Happened to me too in a camper without ac. It was a waterfall. The sweat made for some nice body to body lubricant though!

Excessive sweating is a medical condition, and if this happens outside of sex then it might be worth talking to a doctor about.

Otherwise it's all part of the fun and you're probably overreacting. Also if the air is particularly humid there will be a lot more sweat than usual. Remember to stay hydrated!

i used to have this problem also white horse its not about being over weight.
the food you eat to the amount of exercise you do it is all a contributing factor i found if i eat healthy and try and get a 30 Min jog in a week it dramaticly reduces the amount i perspire in not only whitest having sex but also with other activity's that i would come out of looking like i had just jumped in a pool
