Foreskin problem

Right so i was being wanked by a girl and she got abit rough and some how tor me, she might of been wearing a ring i dont know and cant member So i had left it for a few days to heal etc.. using cream. But when i try get a hard on it re-tares my foreskin and makes it very painful, then when it real heals the fore skin has become tighter and it like a ring going around my penis and it soon tares again when getting a hard-on.

Even when i have not got a hard on and try pull the foreskin back it tares.

Now ive had this problem for about a month and now im kinda needing to have sex.

Is it something i should go to the drs or getting a certain cream?

Definatly go to the doctor, sounds like you could risk a serious infection if this has been happining for a month.

Yes, get thee to your doctor and perhaps get a referral to a urologist.

Where is the tear?

One thing to try is to keep the foreskin retracted for a few days. You can place cotton around your Glans if it is irritated too much from rubbing against your underwear. Depending upon where and the nature of the tear, this may not work, although, it is worth considering at least.

More than likely the tear is on the Frenulum and this will probably require a stitch or two.
