How does your penis behave when home alone or walking down the street, etc?
Do you experience spontaneous erections during the day? Do you get and maintain erections when masturbating? Do you get erections in the presence of other girls? If any one or more of these happen then my guess is that you are not turned on by this person. There are not sparks, no pheromones, even though you may really like her. That said, and if this happens to be the case, there is nothing to do but accept this and/or move on. What are your thoughts on what has been offered so far?

This is not really helpful and presumes that as a closeted Gay individual he is trying to have a sexual relationship with someone he is not sexually attracted to. This may be, although remote, considering his comments. There is a vast difference between this and my last musing.
