I'm currently 19 and I've masturbated from the age of 11. When I first started, I would say that my ejaculations were pretty normal. As time went on, my ejaculations have gotten weaker and usually I'll only be able to let dribble out a little bit of semen. I've come to realize that I probably masturbated too much for my seminal production and should probably not masturbate for a little while until I have more semen. The problem is that I have strong urges and I don't think I can put off orgasms for as long as it would take to get my spunk level where I want it. Does anyone know of any foods that I could eat (or that I should stop eating) to increase seminal volume?

No food, however, drink lots of fluids.

Frequent masturbation can certainly be the cause of a weak ejaculation. You can test the theory by biting the bullet so to speak and masturbating only once a day or every other day.
