Genital exfoliation

Is there any safe chemical exfoliate to use on the hands and genital region? I encountered some carbon fiber dust today and later scratched my scrotum and shaft before I realized that all the stuff was stuck to my hands. The carbon fiber dust is essentially thousands of tiny needles and you can't get it off by rubbing which would only push them in deeper. I rinsed and used some tape to pull most of it out, but they're still fairly itchy and rough to the touch and I have someone visiting this weekend. They will work themselves out due to natural skin growth within a week, but I'd really, really like to use my hands this weekend .

If you sit in a bath with hot water for a long time it will help get the fibers out of your skin. Other then that and the tape idea, I don’t really know of anything that gets fiberglass, or carbon fiber out.
