at the head of my cock the color is not all the same i mean there is like a rash on it it doesnt hurt so iv never thought anything of it till now shoud i go see a doctor and if there is anyone out there that could help that would be great

Not the same as what? The skin of the glans is quite different from the skin on the shaft and there is a colour difference in all men.

If there are spots on the glans (head), then go see a doctor. Diagnosis cannot be made without exam.
