very early ejaculate

hi there,

i have a problem about early ejaculate, lately even after very few seconds i ejaculate. sometimes i use delay spray and it works, but i try to avoided it. can any one suggest me something what to do. i know that my girlfriend is not happy about it and i want to do something. thanks for your help

This is a very common problem in young men. The good news is that there is always more to come! As a very young woman, I would bring my male partner off during foreplay. That would slow him down and get me what I wanted.

As men age, this capacity for many ejaculations decreases. Do a search for the Squeeze Technique. It requires a cooperative partner but is generally quite effective.
