Quetions about sexual health...

I was wondering if there is anything I can do, while I'm still young(17), to help my penis grow, and get healthier before I stop growing? Also if theres anything I can do to prevent ED when I get older?

I'm not just looking to get larger, me and my girlfriend are fine with the size I am now. But I wouldn't mind getting a little more girth. That may be better for the both of us haha

Are there any certain foods, or vitamins/nutrients I should try and get more of so that I can start to grow more? Or that will make me last longer, and keep my erections longer during sex? Or like any exercises I can start doing to help anything? Lately I've been losing my erections while having sex. It's been really disappointing to me and my girlfriend. I'm just curious to find out anything I can do to help keep strong down there, and I just wanna do everything I can to please my girlfriend more during sex.

Thanks, I love this forum, it's been very helpful

What sign do you have that your penis is unhealthy?

Erectile Dysfunction is both a function of age and illness. Stay in good health first and foremost. Perhaps the most common illness affecting the ability to achieve an erection is diabetes. As for age, well, each one of us will catch up to this eventually and this is the primary reason the pills were invented. Consider what life was like for older men before the little blue pill came along.... Do not worry prematurely.

For Boys Only- A Matter of Size (Regarding your penis)

Lasting long(er), maintaining erections, are more a function of technique or make out method than any inherent physical disability. Please read some of the other articles listed in the Index regarding the "how-to" of making out from start to finish. A lot of making out has to do with the emotional component of arousal than the physical aspect of arousal. Learn how to become a great lover, first, and the rest should follow in good stead.

As for an exercise, try exercising the PC muscles using Kegel exercises.

Thanks for the reply...

I don't have an sign of my penis being unhealthy, I was just wondering if there's anything I can do to make sure it grows to it's fullest.
I'll try that, we have been lacking in the foreplay region lately. But it just seems that I start to lose my erection when I start to get into it. Like going faster, and harder, and stuff like that. I'm really attracted to her, and I have no problem getting hard. I just thought it might be because I'm not really used to working out like that. Should I maybe start working out to build up my stamina or something? And what muscles are used most with thrusting, so I can start to build them up.

I've tried Kegel a little bit, I guess I should start working on it more haha.
And I'll try to cut back on my sugar intake, I know diabetes runs in my family...

Erections come and erections go. It's only a big deal because we make it one. Please understand that this is normal and that it does not mean that the love making session is over; quite the contrary, just rebuild the erection. Give yourself a few minutes and then encourage your girlfriend to work on it. Go back to making out in addition and things should be fine. Once in a while you won't get it back and again this is a minor inconvenience but not a bad thing. You can very often have a climax with a flaccid penis.

"Size" is more a function of genetics and heredity than anything else. Your penis will stop growing around the age of nineteen and that will be that.

Maintaining erections has more to do with technique than anything. I just wrote in a recent post that if a couple is having intercourse, the way to an erection is not from lots and lots of stroking; rather, from all the making out that precedes intercourse. If you are limiting your make out sessions to foreplay then plan climaxes sooner than later meaning that if you enjoy prolonged love making sessions, it is better to have an orgasm or two early on instead of later on. Doing so will help maintain an erection.

a healthy diet and regular exercise, this can improve blood flow to the penis and all around and is generally good for you other than that just get a good technique and you won't have to worry about it
