hey i recently been getting a stinging and burning sensation in my top of my penis. it dosent happen often but i cant seen to find the cause. Little infomation about me

I assume that you are speaking of the spot around your urethra. What you describe can be caused by diet. When the urine is "strong, " often from lack of water intake, it can irritate. Semen is a blood product and spicy foods can make the semen strongly acidic. This, too, can cause what you are describing. If there is a noticeable lesion (sore), get it checked. Otherwise it is not likely a problem.
