Tested Negative for Chamydia 3 times. Seams liek I cant ejaculate all the way. Ideas?

Ok so I posted something A while ago so here is the update. When I ejaculate I get a very uncomfortable feeling down there and my testicles become really sensitive. It feels like I didn't get everything out. BUT BUT BUT, if I urinate right after, NO SYMPTOMS. There is discharge usually (clear just like seaman not cloudy at all) so I am wondering if something happened and is causing me to not be able to ejaculate all the way because since this problem occurred ejaculation has been way weaker, it sort of just comes out instead of "thrusting out" (sorry but I have learned every detail helps). I have talked to several doctors but at the time I hadnt really figure out all the symptoms and how to explain it as well, I just told them it hurt afterwards so they all though chlamydia, but I took several urine tests and even the test where they inserts that painful swab of death in to you and they all tested negative. WHAT COULD THIS BE? Anyone have any ideas? Could I have damaged something during sex that caused me to not be able to push everything out all the way? I am going to schedule yet another appointment with a urologist tomorrow but I want to see if anyone else out there has any ideas. THANKS.
