Moody...Extremely Moody

Okay, so I have been really moody lately. I have been snapping at things that normally dont bother me, and have lost 3 friends already. I mean Today I came really close to losing another very good friend today after I was supposed to see kung fu panda. Basically I got a call from my boss and a coworker saying I needed to go out and drop off the equipment. I said I couldnt, I just got off work (We were busy and I worked a 9 with only 10 minutes as a break) So we were just about to go (me her and her bro) I told her I had to go and she started saying I was dumb for going and I just was doing it so they wouldnt be mad and stuff, so I started cussing at her because I was just like WTF? I was getting talked down to cuz I had to suffer from it.

I mean usually I hold my tongue and dont say things when I am upset but pretty much I just cant hold anything in anymore. I mean I even find myself cussing while I work out. Middle of a lift I just start cursing out all the weights and plates and everything.

Oh yea and my libido still is low. Like one time a day compared to the usually 3 or 4. I am really starting to get stressed out now. It seems like my life is starting to get in order but now my body is out of whack.

Any ideas or should I just go to the doctors and have my hormone levels checked?

Eat properly, take some time off, and sleep. Go from there.

Ditto to Browser...Ducy, you are working a great deal. Use caution with your supplement's. Any recent changes in the weather/temps?

If you are near the ocean, or a nice body of water...take a day off & enjoy the sounds and feelings.

Nah the weather has been pretty steady. I have been in a prety steady routine the last few days (Up by 8 in bed by 10 is) Supplements are only protein. I stopped taking the creatine because it really wasnt muscle but more water weight so everything was big but it wasnt the rock hard muscle I wanted.

I also take a multi vitamin so I do get all my vitamins and stuff.

Really it seems like the last week was a little tough, but this moodiness has been happening for about a month now. Yall are probably right though. I have had trouble eating, I just dont feel hungry, and when Im not hungry it is physically impossible to eat. I mean I just get sick from it.
