Did you stop to think that the two week regime might be the cause of healing? In fact, having an open wound will cause pain for him during sex. Doing so, vaginal or oral, is causing foreign bacteria [bacteria which is not normal to his body] to enter/invade the area which is/was cut and can cause additional potential infections and inflammation. Allow the area to fully heal before engaging in any foreign bacteria potential entry.
Saliva in dogs causes healing [in dogs] which is the reason they tend to lick wounds---but it's their bacteria which is not foreign to their bodies. However, I would not apply the same criteria to your boyfriend. He should be following the instructions given to him by the MD and if in doubt he should re-visit the physician.

If accurately measured, that is a very large penis and the growth spurt is strange.
Any uncircumcised man who has difficulty, to the point of tearing, retracting his foreskin is at risk and is putting you at risk. Hygiene is impossible under these circumstances. He should talk to his doctor about the problem and they can work something out. As for your healing properties, I suspect sera is correct. The human vagina is much cleaner than the human mouth. But that end of you would not heal him, either.
