Sore PC Muscle?

I have been sexually active with one partner for a while and have never had any problems. But lately after a sexual experience, what I am pretty sure is my PC muscle gets sore and hurts to flex making going to the bathroom unpleasant for a bit. After a while it goes away but this last time it was even worse. Is it possible to "pull a muscle" so to say or just over exhaust that muscle? I have been considering going to a doctor but I am not sure if its really something serious or not. Although I will say it doesn't seam like ejaculation has been as "powerful" so to say since this came up. Is this something serious or should I just "take a brake". Thanks.

Ducy is just really nice
Take a break from sexual activity for a bit and go to the doctors. I had this problem with epidydymitis. The weak ejaculation and a little ejaculate (even while being extremely turned on and skipping some masturbation) OF course this was with me, so it may be something else with you
