I just got some tight underwear, and I have been using dove extra moisturizing soap on my penis, and I shaved about week and a half ago, my penis is a bit itchy could one of these be the cause, never had itchiness before?

Also something thats been happening for a longtime but I just never asked about it, my precum smells a bit wonky, like a bad smell, a bit fishy I suppose, I heard it was from what I was eating or is it something else that I should be worried about, just curious.

Well the rule of thumb is to get it checked out by a qualified doctor. Between the itchiness, the odd smell and the extended duration of the problem, you might have an infection. It might be nothing, but in this case it is worth getting it checked out.

The itchiness may be due to the tight underwear you mentioned. I know poor circulation can cause limbs to itch. It may be the same way with this "limb." Good luck.

Any foul smell or discolored discharge requires a medical check up...see your doc ASAP. No sex until checked & always use condoms. Also try Ivory soap not Dove and ease up on the tight undies...they should be a bit loose.

sorry but DOVE soap is the BEST when using non designer soaps...IVORY is only good for making boats that float!!

Consider switching to the bottle and leave the bars behind.

Shave with the grain, not against it.

Wear loose(r) fitting underware so your skin can breath.

If this guy has an infection...best he see a doc. So, okay HNG does Ivory float your boat??? I think it smells nice on a freshly showered man....uhmmmmm....
