I have a problem of Penis erection. While doing foreplay my penis gets 60% of erection and when I try to enter into vagina ..It becomes soft...I try to make my mind free of all worries but still I am not getting 100% erection....strangely once in 10 days when I see any prono scenes my penis gets 100 % erection and want to masturbate myself...
Since We are interested to have baby as early as possible and Doctor advised me to use " Sildenafil citrate " before intercourse for few days..Is this okay for me to use ? will there be any problem in future ? Could you pleae advise me what to do to achieve 100% erection during sex without medicine if there is a harm with medicine ? |

I'm having pretty much the same problem. I've just got back from the doctors about it and i'm waiting on blood work to check there's no real problem. She said that she doubts there is much the matter however given the nature of the problem, having seemingly nothing to do with any psychological factors, there might be a slight physical problem.
My problem is the same and i wondered what there is actually out there without prescription that might help with this problem? I know there are all kinds of lies and gimmicks behind most of the medication you can buy but I wondered if there is anything out there that might be of actual use to me and if anyone knows where i could get it? |

If you can find a licensed naturopath or herbalist, they may be able to recommend something. Generally, what you will find on your own is heavy marketing and little documentation of actually working.
Do be careful of "stuff marketed for "prostate health." Too much zinc can actually cause copper to leach out of the body. Both are needed in minute amounts but you do not want to cause other problems fixing one.

My boyfriend is having a very similar problem, and I'm seriously starting to question whether or not he finds me attractive at all. (He's been to the doc, and his hormone levels are fine, there doesn't seem to be anything else physically wrong with him.)
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. The only thing I've really been able to find on the internet is to limit caffeine intake, which he already does, and eat a balanced diet. Thanks. |
