B/f has pains??????

Recently my boyfriend has been having some kind of problems.
He says that he's got lower back pain, lower abdominal pain, hurts to pee and he says it feels like someone's got a tight grip on his balls!!
He's going to the doctor today, but would anyone know what that was from??

Various scenario's. Only a doctor performing a full history and exam will shed light on to potential causes. The remainder here of potential reasons is to broad based and speculative. Makes for bad medicine.
