How old are you? Have you discussed this with a doctor during your annual check up??? Have you had proper lab work done? Do you do Cardio work outs as well?

Next time you see your doctor ask to have your testosterone levels checked. And do not rule out the supplements. Those things can do more harm than good. In Europe, where homeopathic medicine is still practiced quite widely, many supplements are prescription only.

multi, fish oil, bcaa's, creatine, and whey protein have no side effects as far as I know.

yeah I do cardio and bbing, and I have raging test of a 17 nearly 18 y.o. male

I am going to start taking ZMA soon which is supposed to help sleep, libido, test levels, and estrogen suppressant.

I don't know but I used to look at girls and had to restraint myself from taking them somewhere and giving the night of their lives to now looking at them and just saying something like "nice butt" "i like her legs" and even those are becoming far and few between. I dont get any sexual thoughts much at all anymore.

Before you do anything, may I suggest a full physical with lab work?
The supplements may cause "false readings" in your lab work & exam...Look for the root of the issue...first medical all must be ruled out. Secondary and last, any depression?

Weight lifting is good for testosterone production...you can be slightly deficient, or have pituatary issues, or thyroid. I suggest see the doc since many syptoms cross react and appear and present as "depression". Also, hold some of the other stuff...just get some labs and a full H&P asap! Might find there are some other causes...

Recent scan of posts...

Hey...I just looked back through your questions/posts. Get to a Doc and you need a H&P and labs....no additional supplements other then fish oil keep lifting to relieve stress until you get an answer....
