Sweet thanks for all the good info. Any sugestions on where i can get good healthy food ideas? Cause i kinda have habit of cooking alot of greasy food. And i dont really have that much of list of reicepies and stuff. Cause i think the diet is going to b my biggest problem. Is it true that fat and greasy increases your metabolism?
I was wondering is gaining 20 pounds by summer realistic?
Thanks again.

well it's really about body mass index, which is a comparison between height and weight. A healthy body mass index is between 18.5 and 25. You can find your body mass index by dividing your weight (in kilograms) by the square of your height (in meters).

Just remember, a healthy teenage man's BMI is on the low end of the "normal" range. A healthy young man is fairly slim in his teenage years, and then ideally fills out into a general Harrison Ford/Pierce Brosnan shape in his thirties and forties.

Helpful?

Also, a good way to encourage your body to retain more calories is exercise. Just doing about 20 minutes of simple calisthenics every night for a few months will build some attractive muscles. The key is to increase the amount of repetitions in each separate workout every week or two. You should be tired at end of your workout, but the key is to exercise every day. There is no such thing as a quick fix.

On a side note, muscle tissue is soem of the densest stuff in your body (aside from bones). That will help you weight more, while still keeping an attractive shape that is easy to feel good about.
