penis smells

the head of my penis seems to smell quite bad, i wash it regulary but smegma forms really fast (yellowish stuff if im right)
i wondered if theres any sure fire way to get rid of it

Wash, wash, wash. Uncircumcised men do develop this problem and hygiene is the only solution. Smegma is usally a whitish, yellowish rather thick stuff that can actually feel grainy. If what you are experiencing is more like a thick liquid, then see your doctor.

Wash with mild soap, clean thoroughly, dry thoroughly, clean underwear (boxers preferably) and wash again.
