are there any probs you can encounter after a hernia op sex wise

Be certain the doctor cleared you resume ALL activities before you do anything. Generally discomfort at the surgical site is the most common complaint. Take it easy & slow.

The doctor should have told when to resume based on date or follow-up exam. When you are cleared, nothing should be different.
