When does your penis stop growing?

I have heard and read many different things saying when your penis actually stops to grow. i hear its after puberty or when your in your mid 20's after your second growth spirt that most men have when the pack on all there man weight. does anyone actually have an idea when it stops to grow??

I'm a guy in my mid twenties, and the last time that I did ANY growing of ANY body part was 10 years ago. I've never heard of a guy growing a couple of inches taller or longer (in the case of a penis) in his mid twenties. A second growth spurt in your mid twenties? Sounds like wishful thinking to me. I'd say 16 or 17.
