be VERY careful when you put the cock ring on...start with the largest size....it needs to be loose enough to put your pinky between the ring and your skin.

Hang around a large hospital ER on Saturday night. I guarantee you will se some removed by the staff.

If they are loose enough to be safe, they probably are not tight enough to make any difference.

Too many object are removed form every orifice on a Saturday (or Friday night) in an ER! Cock rings are just one of many! I found years ago, if there is a place to stick something; someone will find a away!
