Natural Piercing Holes in Penis?

Hey Everyone,

I have some unusual details about my penis that I have always been curious about. Whenever I have asked a medical professional about it, they have been clueless for an answer. Here are the details...

When I was a teenager, I became aware of three locations on my penis that had what I can only can "small tunnels in the skin" or "natural piercing holes". Each one is at the circumcision line and it looks as though someone pinched the skin and inserted a needle through to the other side, leaving the entrance and exit holes about 3-6 millimeters apart. I might think that maybe this was the residual from a botched circumcision, but no sutures are used in such a procedure and my organ has obviously grown many times the size from when I was an infant. For years I didn't think much about it, until a girlfriend in college playfully took her dangling earrings and passed them through these holes. There was no discomfort and it gave us a great laugh. Of course, I have not made a habit of doing this, but still do not have an explanation of how my penis got this way years later.

So, does this sound familiar to anyone else? I have occasionally tried to research this issue, but I don't even know what medical terminology to use. I guess the bottom line is that my penis is healthy and works on demand, so I can't complain overall.

I have never heard of it. Have you ever had anything done when you were a baby or small child? Sounds as if the circumcision became infected/abscessed leaving small holes from scarring. Best to ask your parents if something was wrong then. Also, ask a urologist. You need to keep the area very clean to prevent infections!

OK, I have seen them and read about them. Never really examined them because no many men bring penis problems to a female doctor.

They are a result of not quite perfect healing of a circumcision. Sometimes they close and sometimes remain as little pockets in which all sorts of stuff takes up residence. If they swell a bit, soak in hot water and light pressure will empty them.

Most circumcisions are left to heal on their own with no stitches or clamps or anything. Most close completely but a few leave these little pockets.

I would definitely not poke anything through them. Not that unusual and I would think any competent doctor could have put your mind at ease.

Yeah, the only "stuff viewed" is when men are desperate for help! Cock ring stuck..."drippy dick syndrome", etc.
