Prostate Infection

let me jump the point here, I have a prostate infection, i'm taking a two month regiment of anti-biotics for it,what i want to know is...

can i pass the infection on to someone through unprotected vaginal or oral sex?

and will the infection make my cum taste off?

is there anything else practical that i should know, my docotor didn't go over much, but i don't do well with anything medical, so i'm in and out as fast as possible.

If you have an infection forget about her swallowing--that's like sucking on pus in my opinion. NO SEX WITHOUT CONDOMS. Injecting ANY type of bacteria into her or leaking any bacteria into her is careless and will cause her to be infected.

Ejaculating will help clear out the infection....

ok, thanks for the info, its pretty much what i expected, I always use condoms and i'm not even in a sexual relationship right now anyways so its not a hudge concern,

oh and thanks for the tip about ejaculating helping to clear it up, i wasn't aware of that, anything else that will help clear it up faster, its been like a month.

I think there is a recommendation (speak to the doc) about using Saw Palmetto (sp???) for helping the prostate. Drink plenty of fluids and masturbate lots!

Often a woman is the first to know of your prostatitis because the semen develops a foul smell and taste. There is no real danger of your infecting anyone but your infected semen will fester in there and you can re-infect yourself. Sera makes all the important points: lots of orgasms, lots of water and condoms until the reginmen of drugs is complete.

Saw Palmetto does help older men who are developing an enlarged prostate. Under about forty, no reason to spend your money. Wait until you get the symptoms and then get checked out to ensure what the cause is.

well i'm 20 so i don't think i'll be taking any Saw Palmetto anytime soon, i've been on the anti-biotics for about a month and the symptoms have lessened a bit, but i still get a throbbing pain the my testicals, the doctor had said its from the infected prostate but it dose make masturbating and orgasms painful.

If you have testicular pain, call the doc and get in for an appointment, now.
