This just happened to me minutes ago during a very intense orgasm induced by oral sex. It's was at least 1/2 cup if not much more. It seemed to be urine to me - or most definitely clear, thin fluid. Hi guys, ok the same thing happened to me. The liquid is coming from the male prostate gland and is a sugary liquid.
