Ok so me and my gf have been sexually sctive for a while now, althogh we don't do much because my last relationship ended with a very bad sexual experiance, and also 'm her first boy friend. Anyways, mostly the farthest we've gone is mutual masturbation, and ocasionally we do a small bit of oral sex. I almost never can orgasm, i'll feel like I'm about to but then nothing. I don't know if it makes a difference, but i masturbated a lot for the past couple of years. at first we thought that it might have been linked to the problem, so we tried locking me in a chastity belt, but after 3 weeks in it, i still couldn't orgasm. does anybody have any advice that might help me?

I do not know that any amount of masturbation is going to affect future longterm performance, except as it pertains to how often it can be done daily. Depending upon how a guy is "wired" and his sex drive, he may masturbate once every few days, once every couple of days, each day, or more than once a day. As for the latter, if he attempts to masturbate too many times over a twenty four hour period, at some point his body will cry "uncle" and simply refuse to respond for several hours to a day. Key to this scenario and your wondering about masturbating a lot in general is that after a refactory period that lets the body reset itself, we are good to go--(yet) again. No harm, no foul.

There are probably two thing working against you success; first, is that if you are relying upon her hand and/or mouth to stimulate you and bring about a climax, you will have to help her mirror your technique; second, could be Perfromance Anxiety. Yeah my girlfriend tells me that all the time, but it is a lot easier said than done, but I'm trying. And if you are interested in the chastity belt you can find it here. I actually enjoyed it a bit.
