Peeling skin

So my boyfriend and i have been having sex for a while..and some has been unprotected. He's my first ever and im his second. All of a sudden he has been expierencing peeling under the head of his penis, on the shaft. Absolutly no red dots or red skin, or blisters...what going on??
Hes really worried about this..

If you are using condoms or lube it could be an allergic reaction. You might want to try switching from latex condoms to poly-urethane based.
