Hi,
Thank you for the question. To the best of my knowledge there are no ill e/affects to regularly doing Kegel exercises. Have strong and toned PC muscles helps prevent incontinence, and, it definitely helps with the sexual apparatus.

What information did you receive that was negative?

Just exercise them outside the normal gym....you wouldn't want the rest of the room thinking your constipated, .

The PC muscle can be exercised anytime anywhere. These are the muscles that shut off the flow of urine, so, you can practice while peeing, you can practice while sitting, you can practice while standing, walking, or running. Just contract them for several seconds and repeat a few times per session.

dlb has a spectacular aura about
Squeeze technique works great for some people. It is a tried and true technique that has been used by sex therapists for years. It does not work for everyone. Squeeze my glans and I'll ejaculate in your hand!
Another technique is when you feel the urge to ejaculate approaching, slow down or stop. Try grunting, as if trying to pass a very large turd. Yeah sounds gross but this will actually RELAX everything relieve some of the pressure to ejaculate. If your partner asks what is going on, and she probably will, just tell her. She will appreciate it.

This like most things takes practice. Using the "grunt" technique you may eventually learn to seperate ejaculation from orgasm. By releasing an amount of semen without actually reaching orgasm you should be able to maintain an erection and continue in the act.

Another thing. You are probably concerned with pleasing your partner and that is why you want to last long. From a psychological viewpoint you need to be less concerned for her and get into enjoying yourself more. Eventually it will work out.
