Limp

Iam a 16 year old male, and lately i havent been able to keep a strong errection, whether it be with porn or girls. I have an errection but its not that hard, its half limp half errect, my size increase but its just not hard as normal. Any reasons this could be? Now i fret that because i think about it that its just increasing the problem, but in the first place what could cause this? Or is it just pure psychological?

Iam also thinking it may be the fact i dont work out/play sports. Iam quite naturally in shape, in fact somewhat skinny, 5'10 145lbs. I dont eat fast food and never drink pop, so i eat healthy. Iam going to try working out more often, but if someone can clarify that this would help it would be nice

That doesn't sound normal for a 16 year old. Its probably psychological though, at 16 the hormones are usually fairly rampant.
