Confused and Scared

Hi I'm 19 and I am still a virgin. I have gone as far as fingering a gril but no girl has ever touch my penis in the flesh. I have these pimples on the shaft of my penis and some boils (I think) on my ball sack. I have never had sex and wondeing where they are coming from. It is possible that I have genital warts, even thought I have never had sex. I think this is the main reason I have never done anything serious with a girl. It is always in the back of my mind and I never want to do anything serious. But I am coming to that point in my life where I want to have sex, but I am embaressed by the bumps on my penis. What should I do. Any help will be greatly appricated.

See a doctor if you are worried. I think it is quite normal to have small 'pimples' on your penis. I have the same thing. (There is a name for them, but I forget what it is.) Not sure about the boils on your scrotum though.

In all probability you have a condition that is quite common to many if not all young men known as Sebaceous Prominence. These are benign little bumps that will go away in time; in other words, you'll outgrow them eventually. Do not mess with them or try to pop them like a pimple. Just leave them alone and refer to them as your beauty marks!
