You're too young, your body wont cope.
Wait until you are older.

Just wait, you are 15, and the same as me, i have a metabolism, you dont need to put on weight in a hurry, that will come as your body develops

I'm an old sod of 51, and I seem to have a high metabolism too. I'm tall and slim, and don't put on weight easily, never have done. In fact I tend to lose weight more easily than put it on. That's really a blessing.

Don't worry about your weight, work on your fitness, be sensible with your diet, and your weight will settle to whatever is appropriate for you. Some sort of cardiovascular exercise is best, eg: running, swimming, cycling etc. Lifting weights is ok as an additional thing, but don't rely on that alone.

You are only 15, so are probably still going through puberty. You will naturally put on some weight as you get older. But fitness is the most important thing.
