hey i have a quick question. When i get an erection it is hard but then the head of my penis is not. It stays about the same size. I have had erections in the past where the head is very big. I am wandering if this is wierd or if there is anything i can do to help the head get bigger when i having sex. thanx for the time and the thoughts.

An interesting question. I have never run across this one before.

Just out of curiosity, why would you want the Glans to enlarge? The reason for the question is this: The Glans, regardless of size, has half the number of nerve endings as the tip of the clitoris that is about the size of a pencil eraser. The nerve endings in an uncircumcised penis are vastly more sensitive as those in a circumcised penis. There would therefore seem to be a couple of givens. The first, the penis, circumcised or not, is not as sensitive as the female equivelent; and second, if this is true, why would you want to enlarge the glans that would probably place more distance between adjoining nerve endings? Just thoughts from a different perspective.

I often find I have an erection when I wake up in the morning. These erections are usually rock hard, but the glans is often not very enlarged. In fact its usually quite small.

When I get an erection through stimulation, though, it is not always as hard, but the glans in this case is usually larger than in the early morning erections.

I don't really know what to make of this. I guess it doesn't really matter.

I think you are perfectly normal, but if you are concerned then you might want to have your doctor take a look just to make sure everything is in working order.

hey buddy its quite normal to have ur glans penis (or penis head) to be bit enlarged when ur penis is erect as blood fill into it ...and this hapenns to whole penis ...but why do u wanna enlarge ur penis head more ....pls don't get angry but i have never heard or read anyone complaing about the head size ..... if u think something is wronge u can obvoiusly consult a doctor for ths ....
