My Poor, Torn Frenulum... (I think)

Alright, so I have this problem...I was just getting down to the good stuff, and about ten thrusts in, I felt this wierd itchy feeling, pulled out, and saw blood that was my own. No, she wasn't on her period. No, nobody used a knife. The thing is, my little brother (cute kid...) told me that his girlfriend was giving him manual stimulation and "tore the frenulum." He described it for me; the blood, the quick shot of pain, the torn piece of skin at the back of the tip of the penis, and it seems I've done the same thing. My tear however seems to be only partial, since it's not the entire frenulum. I think I caught it early, the tear is only maybe 1/3 cm. Still, nothing freaks me out like a dry-sex induced, bloody penis.

Now that you've all got the backgound (and by all, I mean the Dancin' Doc and Brandye...), here are my questions:

1) Is there any kind of quick fix? My bro told me about this topical cream, but are there other options?

2) When it does heal, will a partial frenulum tear reattach?

3) How will this affect future performance?

4) How long til' I can get to lovin' again?

5) Two torn frenula within 2 months, all in the same family. Do we have a genetic defect that causes our peni to malfunction? heh...see, I've never heard of this before. I need to know if we're predisposed, because I don't want it to happen again. Speakinf of which...

6) Does this usually repeat itself? I mean, it is only a partial tear, so will it tear completely? Again, the blood...I can't handle horror movies, and penile gore scares me.
