That's pretty much the answer. You can put some ointment on the cuts, but other than that, just let them heal.

In the future, use a lubricant.

well, clearly not many of you have ever had a raw penis and a desire to keep using it. Soak in the tub and use lots of soap on it or in the water and soak for 20 minutes or so. Afterward and in between soaking baths.....use a good handcream or lubriderm or something GENEROUSLY. you should be good to go in a day or two

Water without soap works better (unless its a kinda girly mosturizing soap). Aloe vera lotion, just like sunburns, helps the best.
