In and of itself three or four times a day is not bad as long as these sessions do not interfere with daily obligations. This is the same advice I give boys who want to masturbate just as often. talk to her about it. make sure she gets off when you do have sex. Let her give you oral without doing anything to her (if she likes/is okay with that) or give her oral without sex. Do things like touch and rub and kiss with no sex and the anticipation will build in her and when you do have sex she'll really wear herself out on you.
