Wifey, does this mean that I no longer need to go to the gym or run those endless miles? This I have to know.
lol i guess it depends on how often you "exercise"... otherwise read, do and find out what works better for you! i am yet to put theory into practice myself :)
You'd be surprised what a great workout for your thighs is the woman on top position is. It made my thighs pretty dang toned and strong that I didn't even fall off the mechanical bulls primarely due to that :)
See therein lies the dilemma Ms Wifey. You have to "exercise" frequently.
I wonder if frequently means daily??
lol that sounds pretty awesome!
but...the way NHS put 'sexercising', it sounded like a shampoo or something that cleanses "pores and stops breakage"

I think daily is good, it has to be safe though! ;)
lol @ Champloo's post
Well, always practice "safety" by all means. "Daily exercise" would sure eliminate those pesky abdominal crunches would't it. What effect would it have on the fitness industry? Do you think there would be a great many more people walking around with smiles on their faces?
well, one thing's for sure we'll be saving all those membership moneys we are paying to be a part of a fitness group.
and yes, i hope more people would be smiling :) told my boyfriend about our new "excersise regime" he wasn't as smiling as i hoped he would be
Well, maybe a tad bit more encouragment and your boyfriend will see how nice smiling can be. Somehow, I know you can make him see the light.
lol @ constantlylearning
Are you laughing at me or with me WIFEY???
with YOU! lol
YOu are tooooooo funny!!!!
If that's all it took, more men would be using this idea on their girls that are consistently complaining that they need to work out more.
Sex: is a physiological need; cures headaches, stress & hiccups (it's true!); and keeps you in shape.
I might become a health addict with this news :)
It is always a PLUS to stay fit and tone. Maybe, this is simply another useful remedy in that eternal pursuit.
I was just thinking about this lately, I wonder why this has not been a full blown fitness craze at all.
Sexercise...need I say more?
Because it's ineffective.
