sex + water

well this is just a question i was curious about as to whether its possible or if any one has done it, but are you able to have sex in water ie: in a pool, spa, bath or a even shower

I personally think it would be HOT to be able to have sex in the following places. I reckon you probably could do it in the shower, but in the other places, where u are actually submerged in water, would you be abe to have sex?

I mean, not that it wouldn't be possible, but would it be safe?
coz i dont think you'd really be able to use a condom would you?
hmmm.... any idea's or experiences on this one from ppl?

If you look around the site there are numerous posts regarding the same topic. Yes it is possible and yes very much fun, infact despite many of the warnings out there this is a place (pool) that my wife really enjoys.

Regards dangers, look around for posts, I recall reading one by dancingdoc regarding the forcing of water back into the vagina. As for condoms...don't know, most natural lubrication is washed away by the water.

The shower is a definite yes, but space and safety seems to often be problematic. Maybe as most have said, use the water ways to do the foreplay (buildup) and move to firmer grounds for the fun.

I've done some searching and can't seem to find any information on safe sex in the shower. I may just not be familiar enough with the site. You you might directing me to some posts regarding shower sex? I am looking for a way to have sex in the shower, without fear of pregnancy. Common sense says that a condom might have some problems....

mmmm water and sex is good.. makes one very wet:D

I was thinking about sex in the shower it sounds great only I think it would be a bigger risk of getting pregnant.

Water washes all the lubrication away, as learning said. That makes it very difficult and more a challenge than pleasure. If you are going to try shower, I suggest try standing sex in a safer, dry place such as bedroom first to see how you go, because it can also be difficult to do it standing up. Silicon based lubes will not dissolve in water, so you could use them. However, I have no idea how you would get them off when you are finished...

Do Not use silicon based lubes with latex condoms.. Just common sense it breaks down the latex in the condom, which may cause "breaking/tearing" of the condom.

There is no increase in pregnancy odds in the shower (unless you use a oil or silicon based lub on a latex condom...)

Also sex in a pool, jacuzzi, or bath is a no no because you can get water into the vagina which can sometimes get stuck and cause infections...also you can run the risks of causing interior damage to the vagina (rare but its similar to being careful of exhaling into the vagina while performing cunninglus)

If you are trying the shower? Use lots of birth control. Condom & spermicide or condom & BCPs. Be careful not to let the condom slide off in the midst of passion or allow for leakage at the base.

Also, it's a difficult position...nice for a warm up and then off to the bed for the remainder.

I never found pools, hot-tubs, Jacuzzis, showers, or the ocean uncomfortable personally [the sand is awful and the salt water]. I do not care for the bacteria which enters unless I own it and clean/care for it myself. Often the chemicals strip the natural fluids of the vagina...

Nicer to "play" and go elsewhere for the event...

oil based is what breaks down latex. silicone is fine.

Thanks Sera and Ducy for the good info

I will surely do that for sure,=.
