Sex Underwater?

I was having a discussion with a friend today, and the topic of sex underwater came up.

I thought that it was dangerous for the woman - is that true? I heard it could cause death even, in some circumstances, due to water and air in the vagina or something?

Did I just make this up?

Thanks.

Major issues with sex in the water is the loss of a woman's natural lube and the other is bacteria/virus transmissions. Loss of condoms, slide off if not careful, you are shoving water and germs into areas based on what the source of water is. Air related to death? Never seen such. I have done it before, it's just very uncomfortable due to lube, chemicals to treat water, lack of chemicals to treat water, or salt/sand. Causes major irritation but the only "fun" part is being weightless. Have never successfully completed the act in water! But can be a nice warm up to a better spot, IE the bed or beach!

Yea water is a lot more fun for foreplay. Being weightless and slipping over each other while in the water is awesome. But being under covers "warming" each other up after a cold swim is more fun!

Eph:

I think what you are referring to was an old post where a poster up-linked a story of an air emboli which was correlated to her & him having making love in the water/Jacuzzi and she died. Honestly, I cannot have never heard of such over the years. Air emboli in the blood stream, different story, bacteria forced into area which it would not enter? Different story. I would think seriously with all the women who enjoy their "Baths" for play time or have attempted intercourse in some form of water, if this was the norm; it would be a major controversial debate. I have seen some strange things over the years but that was not one [from that old thread/post].

The OS is open; water can be forced in [as can air and semen, as we have all experienced in the vagina during thrusting :o] but never heard of a person dying from what that poster suggested way back. Force that amount of water into a uterus to cause it to rupture similar to a emboli? I think we would be dropping like flies; I really wonder if that post/linked article was lacking in great deal of information; such as if that was the cause was she preg. and dilated? Or had some odd bacteria entered under sub-optimal circumstances.

I remember about a girl who was hospitalized because she used the faucet in the bath to masturbate with. I guess she would do it all the time because the force of the water felt good, but one day she tilted her hips to much and it forced water in...aside from that it sure would suck dying from air and water. I mean like sera said everyone gets air in there once in a while. And having semen would be the same as water so...yea.

Ah - thank you!

That clears everything up.

Bath sex? I don't think so - shower sex, however, is lots of fun.
