Best Penis Extension?

I would get a model without an internal vibrator; first, because a separate vibrator is more versatile; second, she may or may not like it; third, or, preferring a separate device that can be used independently.

Good morning Fishman, how are things up the road?

Stimulating the spot with a penis is problematical. Why? Because of the various angles penises come with, the particular position used, there is no guarantee that the tip of P will meet the spot of G-, if you catch my drift. It is my belief that the best way to stimulate the G-spot is either with your finger(s), or a vibrator with integral head made for the application.

As for positions, please click on the site's Home page and have a look at the many illustrated animated positions. Select a few to try based on the angle of your penis and see what results.

I also recommend that you read the articles that discuss G-spot stimulation. Orgasms are not a given; nice if they happen, nice if they do not. Know where the spot is located and how to recognize that you are touching it--then, make sure your wife is very very aroused when you do caress Dr. Grafenberg's spot.
