I have no basis to answer here but I"m going to go out on a limb and say you're not going to get much response on the cock sleeve part. I just don't think that many people have any experience with them. Spermicide shouldn't ruin a condom, in fact you an buy condoms already treated with it and I'd imagine most of them are designed and intended to be used with a condom.
As far as wearing the condom under the sleeve, it might work but I'd be worried about the lube doing it's job and the sleeve staying in you while he pulls out of you. Not to mention I don't think he'd feel much. |

All commercial spermicides whether jelly, foam, film, suppository or in a sponge is fine with condoms. Latex condoms should not be used with petroleum jelly (Vaseline) because that degrades latex - a vegetable product. The vaginal jelly uses water based lube (Surgilube or K-Y) as a base with the spermicide mixed in. The other spermicides are not generally considered to be lubricating.
Now, you are married and getting close to having an IUD inserted? And looking for advice on spermicide? Interesting. Look on the shoppe shelf next to feminine hygiene products and you will K-Y+, Gynol II, Conceptrol, Norforms, VCF and a few others. Most likely on the bottom shelf under the condoms. With the jelly or the foam you need the starter kit that includes an applicator to insert the stuff. If this is a wild weekend of sex, remember to refresh the spermicide from time to time.
