The prostate is basically the same thing as a womans G-Spot, so why men wouldn't want to stimulate it is beyond me. As far as one for her, too, well, some women like it, some don't. That is a subject that I have not broken the ice on with my wife. I am not sure how she would take to it, since she won't let me anywhere near her when it comes to anal play.
