Okay, have to tell you since it was the "best" attempt at an excuse! He said he was vacuuming naked and backed up on to the doorknob & it came off. I have always held my tongue on these stories; however, I asked him point blank "Okay, do I look like a mushroom?". He laughed with a really red face & his partner appeared!

I do not concern myself with what someone has done, I need to figure out where it may be and how deep, and how to remove it...or does the patient require the OR. Therefore, the truth helps me figure it out! Metal is apparent on X-ray but some items are not as apparent.

I find their stories rather different!
