Aneros Help

Hello. This is my first post so I will try to be quick and to the point.
I bought a Aneros MGX for my boyfriend.
We used it once but I didnt witness the outcome I was hoping for. The men I've watch use it on Xtube seemed to enjoy it much more.
This was not our first go at anal play, just our first time using the Aneros.

My question is for the people that have used the Aneros and had the full body orgasm or a moaning groaning precum leaking experience.
What did you do?
Do we need a lube shooting device to make sure he is lubed inside and out?
Did it take several tries before you felt the greatness of the toy?
I'm open to all advice.
I looked in the archives and saw that some people said it worked well for them but they didn't state what they did to get to that point.
Thanks in advance!
Jade

The Aneros takes a while to master. If you read the instructions on the box, it does say to warm up and relax for like, 15 minutes before hand. I would say, take even more time, as this toy takes a lot of practice. It also says that after insertion, relax and get comfy. The Aneros works by him squeezing his sphincter muscles, which works the toy on his prostate without any other help. My bf and I will often insert the Aneros and do a lot of fooling around, but no touching him. I have had him go down on me (which turns us both on) and it will automatically respond to his arousal. We have yet to be patient enough to see if the hands free ejaculation can happen with him - we usually end up having sex while its inside him.

The best advice I think I could give you is to really get him super aroused before hand, with minimal penile touching. After it's in, don't "expect" it to be magical. Have him squeeze his sphincter muscles and relax. He may need to sit up, lay on his side, move one leg up, whatever feels best to him. Touch him, kiss him, do everything but touch his penis. Play around, it is something new, and just kind of go from there.

You could masturbate in front of him, or as I have done, masturbate so he can see while you admire the Aneros inside of him. I like to watch it move around, it's so cool!

The main thing, I think is that he has to be patient, too. My bf just gets so turned on that he can't keep his hands off his manhood before the Aneros can really work his prostate good. I have plans to soon tie him up and use it and see how that goes.

Also, you say that you two aren't new to anal play, but how often does he partake in it and does he enjoy it? Also, does he enjoy the Aneros, even though he didn't experience what you were hoping for? He could also try to use it alone to get the hang of it, so to speak, and show you the results afterwards.

Thanks for the great information Suki!
We have this other anal toy that fits in like the Aneros but it vibrates. He likes anal play but I usually masturbate him while a toy is in him.
We didnt read the instructions until after we tried it! Next time I will make sure we leave it in place and engage in 4-play before he starts trying to work his muscles to move the Aneros.
I have another question for you if you dont mind.
What positons do you have sex in while using the Aneros? I was afraid to ride him thinking I might kill him with the Aneros in place.
Does it stay in during missionary and offer the same benefits?
Thank you so much for listening and answering.
I know the Aneros is going to be great once we figure it out, until then it is great to get feedback from someone that has had positive results.

You are very welcome! What is the other toy you have? I'm curious as we are always looking to expand our anal toy collection.

We have had sex in reverse missionary, missionary and also spooning. Just play around and see what works for you guys. Woman on top can be a little sore for him, so I lean forward into reverse missionary and that doesn't seem to bother him at all.

The Aneros will stay absolutely put until you remove it, so any position would technically work, but they aren't all the most comfy.

Feel free to ask any other questions you have. I'm always happy to respond. It is a great toy, but does take a little practice.

What type of lube do you use? We used AstroGlide when we tried it.
Do you have to use something to put the lube inside him before inserting or do you just lube up the Aneros ?

I cant thank you enough. The disappointment I felt after using it the first time is being replaced with the same excitement I had when I purchased it!!

Here is the other anal toy. It is waterproof and I believe it is made of a silicon material.
It has 4 different speeds. Low, High, Intermediate and a Pulse like vibe.
My boyfriend says it feels weird if you try and move it in and out but leaving it stationary feels great. Here is a pic of it. I bought it from Adam&Eve but I cant find it on their website. It's about 4 1/2" long.

We have used Astroglide, which is pretty good, but are looking for the perfect silicone lube. We have used ID Millennium which is better, but will be trying the ID Velvet, since that is a better, higher concentrated silicone lube. We do not have anything to put the lube inside him, but I usually lube him up with my fingers and also put lube on the Aneros. I know that Astroglide makes "Shooters" which squirt it inside. A quick note about silicone lube, tho: it doesn't really wash up so good, so, keep a lot of clean washcloths nearby for afterwards.

Oh, you are very welcome! I think probably a lot of ppl feel the same way after their initial Aneros experience and chalk it up to a "bad" purchase, but it is more complicated than just sticking it in, you know? That's why boards like this are so great!

I have seen that toy before. I was thinking of purchasing a similar styled one that is wireless. Have you ever tried using something like a slimline vibrator or dildo on him? That is something that you could move in and out - my BF and I really enjoy strap on play, actually, so I love that, and so does he.

I've used a strap on before but that isn't something I've done with my current bf. I get the impression that he doesnt like the feeling of something moving in and out of him. But that is just my guess. When we used a slim vibrator he liked it when I just held it in place vibrating.
I thought the AstroGlide was so-so.
I like the ID brand more. I haven't tried the Velvet but it will be added to my cart when it is time to buy lube.
Thanks again, I can't say that enough!!!

As I mentioned elsewhere be careful with this stuff. If you're just playing in bed no prob (except possibly staining the sheets - I've never gotten it on them and tried to wash it out) but boy, on a bare floor or bath tube it's murder . . . . incredibly slippery and a bitch to get off. However, it IS great for anal, my favorite (but I'm more fond of it for "in and out" motion, which may not be an issue for you) and I put up with it's drawbacks.

Yeah, everyone is different. He may not like the in-out sensation but just rather the feeling of having something vibrate against his prostate. I think a lot of guys are like that for a while, then once they become more comfortable with it and accustomed to it (I have found anyway) they want to feel even more sensation. But, who knows?

The ID Velvet costs a lot more, but it is really worth it.

Yeah, I hear you! Just trying to get it to clean up out of the sink or the nightstand (spill accident) is a pain!

It can stain the sheets, but that's no biggie to either of us. One could always lay a towel down if it is a concern.
