So long as you don't keep your penis pressed against the side, it's OK if it touches the side a little. Assuming you keep the mold in the plastic tube while poring the casting itself, that is. While I've never used a penis molding kit, I do make molds of quite a few things for my job, so I've never dealt with having to "stay hard" while casting a mold
