There are many many places to buy a good dildo that suits your needs. As far as a functional foreskin, I've never seen anything like that. There are kits that you can use to mold his member, but really, those are more for the novelty of it. I personally would rather get something more hygenic, like silicone or elastomer than the stuff that comes in those cloning kits.
