I'm pretty sure that most (if not all?) online sex shops have discreet packaging...I don't know too many people that want to display to the world that they are purchasing sex products!
The only site I have ever used is www.somethingsexyplanet.com. I know for a fact that they have discreet packaging because I have ordered from them before. Plain brown wrapping with some indiscriminate return address on it. As long as your parents don't open your mail, you could claim that it was anything you wanted. I told my parents that it was some CD's I ordered thru the mail and got no further questions.
P.S. - I am not a male so I don't think I could give you any good advice about toys to try, but if you do a general search on the web you should be able to find some decent toy review sites. Just google "sex toy user review" or something like that and then browse around to read what other people think about the different toys. I used those types of sites when I was trying to decide what toys to purchase for myself.

One of my favorites is an aid that you can make for pennies. I have mentioned it more than once on the Board.
